At Poshinda, we are committed to delivering high-quality organic and gardening products with care and consistency. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return & Refund Eligibility
Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
· The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
· The product must be returned in its original packaging.
· A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
· Opened or partially used fertilizers, composts, soil mixes, or gardening products
· Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or usage by the customer
· Sale or discounted items
· Gift cards
· Downloadable software products
· Customized combo packs or promotional bundles
· Perishable or consumable products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
· Order details
· Clear product images
· Unboxing photos/videos (if available)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or eligible refund.
Cancellation Policy
· Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
· Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
· Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 7–8 working days to the original payment method.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
· Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
· The amount will typically reflect within 7–8 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

3. Contact your bank, as processing timelines may vary.

Exchanges
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved due to:
· Damaged product
· Manufacturing defect
· Incorrect product delivered
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless explicitly approved by Poshinda.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Poshinda does not guarantee receipt of returns lost during transit.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after order confirmation, depending on serviceable location and logistics availability.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Important Note
Poshinda reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
